REGISTRATION

We are now registering for all of our classes. Please look over the PDF forms available below. They will include registration, disclosure and Automatic Withdraw form. Please fill it out, email or mail to the studio so that we can register your child for the upcoming year. If you have any questions please feel free to email or call.

TUITION

I am very excited that the Mindy Pack Dance studio uses APS which is an Automatic withdraw for your monthly tuition and fees. I would like to encourage all of you to participate in. This system will not only alleviate stress on our end, but hopefully this will alleviate stress on you as well. Automated Payment Systems (APS) is a certified automated payment processing company. By using automated payments, you will have the convenience and security of having your bill paid automatically by transferring the payment from your checking account, savings account, or debit card. If you choose to participate I will need each of you to sign a simple authorization form (which is included at the bottom of this page) outlining the details of your payment. This authorization information is sent to APS. At the time the payment is to be made, which will be the 1st of every month, APS will transfer the payment from your bank account. An automatic payment will be set up to run continually until stopped or changed until classes end. This means you won't have to write any more checks, or hope your child remembered to turn it in, etc. I have used this payment source with my private vocals students and have been incredibly pleased with the results. NO MORE LATE FEES! All your information will be held confidential. Please let me know if you have any questions. For those of you who choose not to participate in APS tuition is due by the 1st of each month, regardless of when your child has class. Late fees are automatic and will not be removed.

Tuition Pricing is as follows:

50 minute classes are $30.00 per month

1 hour classes are $35.00 per month

Toddler class is $25.00 per month

PARENT WATCH WEEK

For those parents who want to watch their children dance we have established a parent watch week as the first week of every month. If you come to parent watch week, please refrain from talking with other parents who are there watching. The room is small and any extra noise is a distraction not only to the teacher but to your child. Please remember to park on Cheshire Drive when staying for parent watch week.

APPROPRIATE DANCE CLOTHES!

Please remember that jeans are not allowed in dance class. Students need to be in appropriate dance attire so that they can stretch, kick, twirl, and move freely. If you have questions regarding attire please call Mindy or talk to your teacher. Students need to have appropriate shoes. Tennis shoes and socks are not allowed. We have a used shoe bin in the studio if you would like to purchase used shoes for under $5.00.

Jazz classes need to have jazz shoes
Ballet and tap classes need to have black or pink ballet slippers and tap shoes.

BALLET AND TAP CLASSES

For the younger tots please help us out by having elastic in your tap shoes instead of shoe laces. This will help out your teacher tremendously by allowing them more time to teach then tying shoe laces.

PARKING

Just as a reminder please park on Cheshire Drive and walk your child down to class or drop them off. We want to keep all neighbors happy by not having traffic in the circle. The teachers will walk your child to the corner after class is finished. If you are late picking up your student will be down in the studio waiting.
